Cancellation Policy.

DEPOSITS

At Salon Mane, we understand that schedules may change but we do
require at least 72hrs notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If appointments are cancelled withing 72hrs, non-refundable deposit is forfeited. If cancellation is within 24hrs of appointment or clients are a no-show, 100% of appointment total is required before rebooking appointment. Please note, appointments made within 24-48 hours of schedule times will also be required to pay a non-refundable deposit.

IF YOU ARE LATE

Please also note that if a client is late, we may have to either reschedule your appointment if the service is not able to be completed within the remaining appointment time or modify the appointment to allow part of the service is performed but in addition to that, when checking out at the end of the service the total of the initial appointment will be charged.

HAIR RE-DO POLICY

At Salon Mane, we take pride in the quality of our work and want every client to leave feeling confident and happy with their hair.

If you are unhappy with the result of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will arrange a consultation to assess your concerns and determine whether a complimentary adjustment is required.

Please note:

• Complimentary re-do services are only available within 7 days of the original appointment.
• Re-do appointments are intended to correct issues relating to the original service and are not an opportunity to change the agreed style, colour, length, or overall look.
• Concerns must be reported before any alterations are made by another salon or stylist.
• We reserve the right to assess the hair in person before approving a re-do service.
• Requests made after the 7-day period will be treated as a new appointment and charged accordingly.
